Fees and guarantees
- Placement fee
- A one-time fee, equivalent to one month's gross salary of the person placed.
- Replacement guarantee
- If the employment ends within the first three months, for any reason on either side, we find a replacement at no additional cost.
- Employing staff in Switzerland
- As the employer, you are responsible for wages, social insurance and taxes under Swiss law. To keep this simple, we recommend our partner Quitt, with a discount for Happy Home clients.
